Supply Chain Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee specialized medical supply par locations, inventory management, and implants.

• Develop and design new par locations and modify inventory levels based on usage analysis.

• Supervise inventory turnover, excess stock, stock rotation, and expiration management.

• Administer consignment inventory programs and ensure compliance documentation is maintained.

• Process purchase and bill-only requisitions following cost accounting and contract guidelines.

• Investigate purchase order statuses and resolve ongoing inventory issues.

• Handle overnight, backorder, and stock-out requests, communicating their impact to department leaders.

• Organize critical expedited transport to assist patient care needs.

• Resolve shipping discrepancies and incorrect product shipments.

• Examine product recalls, withdraw affected equipment and supplies, and keep recall documentation.

• Lead or engage in initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement.

• Mentor, onboard, and train associates in ERP and Supply Chain processes.

• Design and uphold organized and clean stock locations.

• Conduct stock inventories.

• High School diploma or GED (mandatory).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or supply chain functions (mandatory).

• Experience with Lean, 5S, and Continuous Improvement methodologies (mandatory).
