Logistics Manager – Regional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and assess the Team Leads in Colombia and Peru.

• Define the regional strategy for relationships with logistics providers.

• Ensure distribution and inventory indicators for Colombia and Peru are met.

• Establish guidelines and standards for inventory control of payment terminals and support elements for Sales & Ops.

• Define the regional distribution strategy for payment terminals and support elements.

• Coordinate local teams and logistics providers to achieve sales and service level indicators.

• Drive initiatives for no-code/low-code automation, API integration, or AI.

• Define the purchasing strategy for payment terminals from national and international suppliers.

• Ensure availability and cost reduction of payment terminals and support elements.

• Define and guarantee the regional process for warranties and returns.

• Lead the design and implementation of logistics operations in new countries, including Peru.

• Manage compliance with requirements according to RASCI matrices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields, with a specialization or master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Analytics.

• Over 7 years of experience in roles related to logistics, distribution, and inventory.

• At least 3 years of experience leading teams.

• Ideally, experience in multi-country operations or regional scope.

• Experience in supply chain management (Purchasing, Inventory, Distribution, and Billing).

• Desirable: experience leading automation or process improvement initiatives (no-code/low-code, AI, analytics tools).

• Desirable: experience managing logistics providers (3PL) in more than one country.

• Advanced English proficiency.
