Supply Chain and Operations Manager, Part-Time, 25 Hours/Week

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Plan and execute replenishment orders

• Oversee inventory levels to prevent shortages

• Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners regarding schedules, shipments, and clarifications needed

• Manage orders and ensure the seamless movement of goods

• Guarantee timely dispatch of packages from the warehouse

• Optimize and expedite processes utilizing AI tools, including Claude

⛳️ Requirements

• Preliminary experience or a sincere interest in supply chain, operations, logistics, or e-commerce; career changers and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply

• Proficient in technology and AI

• Familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools is an advantage

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated working style

• Proficient command of the German language

• Strong numerical skills
