This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create dashboards to monitor MRP performance, inventory levels, forecast accuracy, supplier lead time compliance, and service level achievements.
• Examine supply chain data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with teams across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, Quality, Marketing, and Operations.
• Oversee and evaluate Oracle MRP and Supply Planning outputs to guarantee timely replenishment of inventory and materials.
• Review planned orders, purchase requisitions, and Oracle MRP exception messages to initiate appropriate actions.
• Maintain planning parameters such as lead times, safety stock levels, reorder points, min/max quantities, sourcing rules, and item attributes.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly supply planning reviews, inventory optimization efforts, and S&OP processes.
• Conduct root cause analyses on shortages, stockouts, excess inventory, and MRP planning exceptions.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address supply constraints and enhance fulfillment performance.
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives and process improvement opportunities.
• Share analytical insights and recommendations with leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data with company standards.
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and approach.
• Extensive experience with data analytics, modeling, data visualization tools, ETLs, Microsoft Excel, and spreadsheet-based data management tools.
• Excellent communication skills, including the capability to present to executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in data analytics and modeling.
• Familiarity with enterprise data visualization tools, such as PowerBI/PowerQuery, SQL, Oracle FAW, or Microsoft Access.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle FAW experience is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
