Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop, analyze, and finalize material proposals.

• Create the Material Cost Summary (MCS).

• Collaborate with proposal team members, including subcontractors, customers, and management.

• Create and comprehend basic to moderate Microsoft® Excel® cost models for proposal development and Gate review discussions.

• Work with cross-functional teams to assess and evaluate material and other direct costs related to proposed contracts and programs.

• Utilize company estimating and pricing programs and tools.

• Develop Material Basis of Estimates.

• Monitor progress, validate, and analyze supplier quotes and Purchase Order History.

• Ensure consistency throughout the program and verify the soundness of the estimating approach.

• Confirm that proposals adhere to Federal Acquisition Regulations and internal requirements.

• Act as the material point of contact when necessary.

• Evaluate, develop, and implement solutions that lead to a comprehensive material package.

• Conduct detailed and complex analyses of inputs to guarantee accurate material estimates.

⛳️ Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft® Excel®, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Must live and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.

• Knowledge and experience in proposal development, price buildup, and estimating and pricing processes.

• Familiarity with federal proposal regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and TINA.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

• Capability to consistently meet deadlines in a structured environment.

• Strong teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with peers and management.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
