This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Engage in the assessment, negotiation, and finalization of essential sub-contracts with key suppliers in the space segment, launch, and ground and data services.
β’ Oversee contract modifications and change management throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
β’ Keep thorough and verifiable records that comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and export control standards.
β’ Evaluate contracts for relevant technical, quality, and regulatory criteria; alert Engineering and Legal about any discrepancies.
β’ Track and report subcontractor performance concerning schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
β’ Identify, evaluate, and mitigate supply chain risks; escalate concerns to the Director of Strategic Suppliers and pertinent stakeholders.
β’ Cultivate relationships with Program Execution, Engineering, Legal/Contracts, Finance, and vendors.
β’ Evaluate supplier design maturity during the development process.
β’ Coordinate deliverables, acceptance milestones, timelines, risk assessments, milestone evaluations, and gate readiness.
β’ Assist Business Development with supplier contributions for proposals and pricing; play a role in shaping the Approved Vendor List strategy.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, OR equivalent hands-on engineering/technical work experience.
β’ Over 6 years of demonstrated experience in sub-contract management within spacecraft, aerospace, or complex technical projects.
β’ Proven experience with the procurement of multi-million dollar contracts.
β’ Practical experience in contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiating, and executing SoW/MSA or milestone-based contracts.
β’ Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities; capable of managing multiple active contracts at once.
β’ Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, international environment.
β’ High attention to detail and accuracy; comfortable with legal and commercial contract terminology.
β’ Capability to work independently while keeping internal stakeholders updated.
β’ Proficient in English.
