📋 Description

• Lead and supervise a team of program and project managers.

• Offer mentorship, guidance, and support to promote professional growth and development.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables that align with client goals.

• Create and execute program management strategies and methodologies.

• Manage program timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

• Engage with cross-functional teams both locally and globally to enhance project outcomes.

• Promote inclusivity, belonging, wellbeing, and diversity within the workforce.

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the Client programs lead.

• Facilitate clear and consistent communication and reporting to monitor and support program health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).

• Over 10 years of experience in project management.

• Proven success in delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate sector.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.

• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

• Skilled in project management methodologies and tools.

• Proven capability to implement process improvements.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.

• Excellent client management skills.

• Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
