This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Supervise team members who manage calls, deliver customer service, document requirements, and handle follow-up communications.
• Evaluate staff performance to determine training needs and requirements.
• Contribute to scheduling efforts to ensure sufficient staffing and suggest operational modifications.
• Support quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee projects that include reimbursement programs, compliance and education initiatives, and clinical patient support services.
• Execute assigned call center projects.
• Create and develop new projects, which encompass protocols, resource distribution, and databases.
• Assess project strengths, weaknesses, and areas for enhancement.
• Generate reports related to project activities.
• Engage in client meetings.
• Manage daily and ongoing communications regarding client projects.
• Identify and enact staff recruitment strategies and participate in the hiring process.
• Report all Adverse Events to designated units or departments.
• Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• A minimum of a University Degree in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent experience.
• A background in science or healthcare is considered beneficial.
• At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare-related fields.
• Strong experience in client management is a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project or program management.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management.
• Experience in reimbursement is regarded as an asset.
• An RN/RPN designation is advantageous and may be required for specific programs.
• Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution sector.
• Familiarity with automated warehouse operating systems.
• Strong business and financial insight.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical capabilities.
• Proficient in effective oral and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Effective organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients, or colleagues from cross-functional teams.
