This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Lead the complete creative concepts, manage logistics for run-of-show, format slide decks, prepare speakers, and ensure live technical execution for company-wide meetings.
β’ Develop and execute interactive cultural experiences, employee appreciation weeks, and ERG milestones.
β’ Manage the layout, visual design, and dissemination of the regular company-wide newsletter.
β’ Gather updates from department heads and project leaders, refine raw content, and present it in engaging digests.
β’ Create presentation decks, digital signage, Slack banners, visual toolkits, infographics, GIFs, and brief video summaries.
β’ Edit, refine, and optimize announcements and talking points in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Convert internal successes, culture highlights, and employee milestones into LinkedIn posts and updates for the employer profile.
β’ Oversee Slack channels and internal hubs to minimize information overload across corporate and frontline teams.
β’ Monitor readership and event engagement metrics.
β’ Connect corporate, retail, and operational teams to cultivate an informed, connected, and inspired workforce.
β’ 4β6+ years of experience in employee experience, internal communications, corporate events, or employer branding.
β’ Demonstrated success in creating engaging programming and customized content for diverse, segmented workforces, including hourly, corporate, remote, retail, and operational populations.
β’ Proven experience in managing corporate events from start to finish with senior executives.
β’ Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
β’ Skill in simplifying complex initiatives into clear, relatable messaging.
β’ Proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Google Slides.
β’ Capability to leverage metrics like NPS, turnover, and engagement scores to narrate a story and instigate change.
β’ Familiarity with engagement tools such as CultureAmp, Lattice, or Glint.
β’ Excellent project management skills.
β’ Strong emotional intelligence and confidence in collaborating directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
β’ Experience supporting diverse workforces is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Slack is preferred.
β’ Basic video editing skills using tools like Canva or CapCut are preferred.
