Supplier Management Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Manage the comprehensive supplier lifecycle for the Group.

• Safely onboard new suppliers while ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and contractual obligations.

• Verify the delivery of services that are paid for.

• Utilize Vanta as the definitive source for supplier risk, contract management, and renewals.

• Implement and enhance a risk-tiered supplier due diligence framework.

• Evaluate and re-evaluate critical suppliers, maintaining documented risk assessments.

• Provide a documented supplier onboarding process and achieve onboarding service level agreements (SLAs).

• Manage SLA/KPI reporting, service reviews, and track issues and remediation efforts.

• Ensure supplier adherence to TSA obligations, ISO 27001 controls, and broader regulatory requirements.

• Maintain audit-ready documentation to assist with internal and external audits, as well as customer assurance requests.

• Lead the setup, configuration, rollout, training, and adoption of Vanta.

• Keep the contract register and renewals pipeline up to date.

• Assist in renegotiation, consolidation, and cost-saving initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in supplier or third-party risk management, or procurement operations.

• Practical experience in supplier due diligence and onboarding within a regulated environment.

• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and conducting information security assessments of suppliers.

• Experience in contract management, including registers, obligations, renewals, and providing negotiation support.

• Proficient in utilizing GRC or supplier management platforms (such as Vanta or similar tools).

• Strong attention to data discipline and meticulous record-keeping.

• Background in businesses with regulatory compliance needs, such as TSA or ISO 27001 (desirable).

• Experience in implementing new systems and fostering adoption across a business (desirable).
