Supervisor, Member and Provider Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Recruit and oversee a team of Oscar colleagues, encompassing performance management, growth and development, as well as HR administrative responsibilities.

• Supervise team outcomes, track dashboards, monitor operational KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and formulate action plans.

• Comprehend the daily operations of the team and make volume-driven decisions to serve customers effectively.

• Facilitate team huddles and convey Oscar's mission, vision, and values.

• Offer guidance and inspiration to meet daily operational goals.

• Foster team engagement and promote an inclusive culture that aligns with Oscar's core values.

• Lead and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Identify and address gaps within operational workflows.

• Collaborate with production and other Oscar teams to apply best practices.

• Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service setting.

• At least 1 year of direct management experience.

• Over 1 year of experience utilizing data and metrics to facilitate improvements.

• More than 1 year of experience collaborating with teams across various locations and disciplines.

• Bachelor's degree (additional consideration).

• Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement certification (additional consideration).

• Previous experience in healthcare and/or insurance (additional consideration).

• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office (additional consideration).

• More than 2 years of experience resolving complex inquiries (additional consideration).

• At least 1 year of project management experience (additional consideration).
