Supervisor, Member and Provider Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Recruit and oversee a team of Oscar colleagues, including managing performance, fostering growth and development, and handling HR administrative responsibilities.

• Manage team outcomes, oversee dashboards, monitor operational KPIs, conduct root-cause analyses, and develop action plans.

• Make decisions based on volume that prioritize customer service.

• Facilitate team huddles and connect team members to Oscar's mission, vision, and values.

• Offer guidance and motivation to meet daily operational goals.

• Promote team engagement and cultivate an inclusive culture that reflects Oscar's core values.

• Lead and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Identify and address gaps in operational workflows.

• Collaborate with production and other Oscar teams to implement best practices.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service setting.

• At least 1 year of direct experience in people management.

• Over 1 year of experience utilizing data and metrics to drive enhancements.

• More than 1 year of experience collaborating with teams across multiple locations and disciplines.

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).

• Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement certification (preferred).

• Previous experience in healthcare and/or insurance (preferred).

• Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office (preferred).

• More than 2 years of experience addressing complex inquiries (preferred).

• At least 1 year of experience managing projects (preferred).
