This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and cultivate a team of professionals in Campaign Management and National Optimization.
• Develop integrated digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Client Services and New Business teams to enhance revenue growth while ensuring team performance and maintaining high-quality client service.
• Analyze clients, industries, and objectives to create innovative cross-channel strategic plans.
• Conduct assessments of inventory and prepare detailed proposals.
• Work collaboratively across functions on the onboarding, launching, and post-fulfillment stages of custom programs.
• Provide support to Campaign Managers throughout the entire program lifecycle.
• Share insights on digital marketing, experiences, and industry trends with team members.
• Assist Sales in delivering new business proposals and mentor representatives on strategies and product offerings.
• Act as a technical and strategic authority during client pitch calls when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and streamline the proposal and onboarding processes.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, workload allocation, and daily guidance for direct reports.
• Establish performance expectations and conduct one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and formal performance evaluations.
• Recognize development needs and formulate growth plans.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex client or campaign-related issues.
• Ensure prompt resolution, consistent processes, and quality control throughout campaign performance and client communications.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent international qualification) or comparable experience is essential.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Preferred: At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in digital marketing encompassing SEM, SEO, website management, listings management, social media, and display advertising.
• Familiarity with bid management tools such as Acquisto, Skai, or Marin.
• Strong understanding of pay-per-click mechanics, analysis, and reporting within the industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, and similar tools.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs, macros, and conditional formatting.
• Strong analytical capabilities in data interpretation.
• Leadership qualities, including expectation setting, delegation, identification of skill gaps, and accountability for performance.
• Willingness to travel less than 5% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment screening process is required.
• Must complete necessary training or orientation courses successfully.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Display are preferred, or the ability to obtain them is required.
