Supervisor Last Mile Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assign tasks and oversee group activities.

• Instruct team members on the correct usage of equipment as well as operational and maintenance procedures.

• Assist the team in comprehending housekeeping standards.

• Monitor and ensure the availability of tools, materials, and supplies.

• Supervise equipment usage to guarantee compliance with safety protocols and programs.

• Manage inventory, which includes tracking levels and conducting merchandise reconciliation.

• Help resolve issues to maximize associate productivity.

• Take necessary actions to address and rectify underperformance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Capacity to lift weights of up to 50 lbs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong mathematical skills and solid analytical capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities.
