
Supervisor, Fraud Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Oversee the Fraud Strategy team and guarantee the timely handling of inquiries and support for Global Fraud Monitoring clients.
• Track workflow, productivity levels, accuracy, and associated losses.
• Engage in client presentations as necessary.
• Execute monthly audits and assess staff inquiry actions for precision and quality.
• Organize Fraud Strategy assignments, turnaround times, SLAs, team projects, and the quality of outputs.
• Analyze member client fraud patterns and recommend procedural modifications.
• Manage departmental workflow and urgent tasks.
• Address complex service challenges and escalation calls.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on sensitive matters and propose client procedures and product enhancements.
• Oversee process documentation and communication efforts.
• Relay company strategies, client initiatives, system upgrades, and performance metrics to the team.
• Facilitate regular team meetings.
• Stay updated on industry and client fraud trends.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or a combination of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years in the financial services sector is required.
• At least five (5) years of professional experience in risk analytics, risk mitigation, and/or fraud services is required.
• One (1) year or equivalent supervisory experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with payment processing systems is preferred.
• Experience with third-party vendor systems software is preferred.
• Project management experience is preferred.
