Supervisor, Dispatch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational performance of the Roadside/Transportation Breakdown team.

• Foster employee growth and inspire breakdown specialists.

• Uphold high service standards within the call center.

• Guide the team on dispatch timeliness, phone metrics, and operational effectiveness.

• Deliver tailored training, development, and motivational support.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Step in as necessary to guarantee high-quality event management.

• Modify schedules and manage changing priorities effectively.

• Collaborate with various teams across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a relevant field (Transportation, Call Center).

• Alternative qualification: bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of experience.

• Alternative qualification: master’s degree with 1 year of experience.

• Alternative qualification: Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with teams throughout the organization.

• Pre-employment drug screening is required; marijuana testing is not conducted for this position.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.

• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship is available now or in the future.
