This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a team of coaches
• Offer daily assistance for key responsibilities
• Aid in scheduling, shift management, training/support, and quality assurance for current products
• Contribute to best practices for present and upcoming product-specific procedures
• Gather and integrate team feedback
• Co-facilitate regularly scheduled team meetings alongside the Manager
• Engage in cross-departmental projects and meetings
• Continue to fulfill scheduled shifts to assist members and coaches
• Mentor, guide, train, and onboard both new and existing team members
• Provide insights to the Manager regarding team training and professional development requirements
• Collect and escalate feedback from the team
• Support the Manager with recruitment and interviews as necessary
• Maintain training documentation and the internal certification process
• Develop and implement Quality Monitoring protocols
• Ensure product operational coverage, which may include on-call or weekend responsibilities
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Manager
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Relevant health or coaching credentials to support members, coaches, and products
• Previous experience with products served by direct reports is preferred
• Commitment to professional development and ongoing education to maintain expertise and skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Capacity to interact with both internal and external team members in line with Teladoc's culture
• Willingness to attend meetings virtually and/or in person as required
• Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities
• Proficient with mobile and remote technology as well as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, Webex, Google Docs, etc.
• Adherence to Federal, State, and local regulations regarding training, FDA Quality System Regulation (cGMP), ISO 13485, Canadian Medical Device Regulation (CMDR), IVDD, MDD, and HIPAA
• Ability to provide operational coverage, including on-call or weekend support as required
• NBC-HWC credential/certification is an advantage
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without any visa sponsorship now or in the future
