Supervisor, Coaching Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of coaches

• Provide daily assistance for key team responsibilities

• Aid in scheduling, shift coverage, training, support, and quality assessment for current products

• Contribute to the development of best practices for present and future product-specific procedures

• Gather and integrate team feedback

• Co-facilitate regularly scheduled team meetings alongside the Manager

• Engage in cross-functional projects and meetings

• Continue to fulfill scheduled shifts to assist both members and coaches

• Mentor, support, train, and onboard both new and existing team personnel

• Provide insights on team training and professional development requirements

• Collect and escalate feedback from the team

• Assist with recruitment and interview processes as necessary

• Maintain training documentation and the internal certification process

• Establish and implement Quality Monitoring procedures

• Ensure operational coverage for products, including on-call or weekend support as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Relevant health or coaching credentials necessary for supporting members, coaches, and products

• Previous experience with products related to the direct reports is preferred

• Commitment to professional development and ongoing education

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

• Capability to communicate effectively with both internal and external team members in alignment with Teladoc culture

• Willingness to attend meetings in person and/or online as needed

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Proficient with mobile and remote technology, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, Webex, and Google Docs

• Adherence to Federal, State, and local regulations concerning training, FDA Quality System Regulation (cGMP), ISO 13485, Canadian Medical Device Regulation (CMDR), IVDD, MDD, and HIPAA

• Ability to provide operational coverage, which may include on-call or weekend responsibilities

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

• NBC-HWC credential/certification is preferred
