Supervisor, Cash Posting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee staff performance and quality, addressing any training or performance concerns; conduct colleague chair-sides as necessary.

• Ensure that all cash received on a daily basis is accurately posted and reconciled with the bank deposit.

• Work collaboratively with leadership and the training team to create effective training plans.

• Manage the daily workload inventory efficiently.

• Provide assistance and solutions for inquiries from internal business partners.

• Conduct regular quality audits of accounts, including Unposted, Unidentified Cash, and Flags.

• Set realistic goals and priorities that align with the organization's objectives.

• Serve as a technical expert on cash posting requirements, locating EOBs/checks, and navigating payment-document websites.

• Take part in new-client startup calls and assist with staffing and training.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Analyze and resolve problems swiftly and thoroughly.

• Facilitate daily huddles and weekly staff meetings to promote process improvement and enhance staff project knowledge.

• Approve timecards, colleague PTO requests, and payroll submissions.

• Support Savista's Compliance Program by adhering to established policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare cash posting, particularly within healthcare systems.

• Experience in the healthcare sector or with a business related to healthcare services.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Proven ability to function effectively in a team environment that demands quick turnaround and high-quality output.

• Capacity to facilitate and influence decision-making by motivating others to achieve excellence in work quality and teamwork.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues effectively.

• Demonstrated proficiency in navigating Microsoft Office programs.
