Supervision Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the success of team members and clients by providing Student Supervision for those preparing for the BCBA exam.

• Facilitate Group Supervision sessions.

• Adapt to evolving company and BACB standards while aiding in modifications to the internal supervision structure.

• Contribute to the development of individual and group supervision materials.

• Ensure that each location's supervision aligns with BACB standards.

• Work in conjunction with the Clinical Training team to evaluate shifting training requirements.

• Communicate concerns regarding BT supervisees to the respective location Clinical Directors.

• Oversee a caseload of trainees across various locations to foster the growth of future BCBAs.

• Maintain a manageable caseload and/or provide consultative support for other BCBAs as needed.

• Keep abreast of the latest research and integrate findings into practice by attending at least one conference annually.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a BCBA certification for a minimum of 5 years, in accordance with BACB regulations to supervise BCBAs nearing certification.

• Preference for current certification and licensure in states where services are offered.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in states outside of one’s residence is required.

• Proven skills and experience in training on behavior analytic principles.

• Prior experience adhering to BACB supervision guidelines is essential.

• A passion for working with children.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Highly organized, adaptable, patient, and reliable.

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.

• Naturally proactive and inquisitive.
