This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Deliver evidence-based sleep medicine solutions via Dreem Health’s fully remote platform.

• Provide 20 hours of patient care each week.

• Analyze sleep-related studies and clinical data.

• Work in collaboration with clinical and cross-functional teams.

• Play a key role in the enhancement and evolution of Dreem Health’s clinical model.

• Influence the national practice of sleep medicine.

• Mentor upcoming sleep clinicians.

• Guide clinical standards and communicate clinical insights to stakeholders in product, engineering, operations, and marketing.

• M.D. is required, with a preference for experience in family medicine, ENT, neurology, or anesthesiology.

• Must hold a license in California and at least one other state.

• Board Certification in Sleep Medicine is necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year in sleep medicine or completion of a sleep fellowship is required.

• Possess a startup mentality: resourceful, solutions-focused, and hands-on, with a “build, test, learn” approach.

• Comfortable operating in environments characterized by ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid pace.

• Skilled in using EMRs, digital health tools, and telemedicine platforms.

• A passion for enhancing healthcare access and improving patient outcomes.

• Ability to motivate teams, lead with vision, and establish clinical standards.

• Capable of collaborating across product, engineering, operations, and marketing teams.

• Open to feedback and willing to co-create processes with non-clinical colleagues.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.
