Supervising Clinician, LCSW-S

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide necessary individual and/or group supervision.

• Review and authorize treatment plans and clinical documentation.

• Guide clinical decision-making and case formulation processes.

• Ensure compliance with state licensing authorities and payer requirements, including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards.

• Maintain documentation for supervision that is ready for audits.

• Enforce compliance with Impireum Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Review notes to ensure medical necessity, accuracy, and alignment with treatment plans.

• Provide structured, actionable feedback to enhance consistency among clinicians.

• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, clinical leadership, and operations and billing teams.

• Support the onboarding and training process for associate clinicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license.

• Eligible to supervise according to state regulations.

• Licensed in one or more states: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA.

• 3–5+ years of experience post-licensure.

• Prior experience in supervision is preferred.
