This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Deliver necessary individual and/or group supervision to associate-level therapists.
• Evaluate and authorize treatment plans and clinical documentation.
• Assist in clinical decision-making and case formulation.
• Ensure adherence to state licensing board regulations, payer requirements, and organizational standards.
• Keep supervision documentation ready for audits.
• Enforce compliance with Impireum Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Review clinical notes for medical necessity, precision, and alignment with treatment plans.
• Offer structured, actionable feedback to enhance consistency among clinicians.
• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, clinical leadership, and operations and billing teams.
• Aid in the onboarding and training of associate clinicians.
• Function solely in a supervisory role without direct patient care.
• Active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license.
• Eligible to supervise according to state regulations.
• Licensed in one or more of the following states: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA.
• 3–5+ years of post-licensure experience.
• Previous supervision experience is preferred.
• Capability to provide individual and/or group supervision.
• Familiarity with state licensing boards and payer requirements, including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards.
• Ability to maintain documentation that is audit-ready for supervision.
• Proficient in reviewing treatment plans and clinical documentation.
• Competence in assessing medical necessity, accuracy, and alignment with treatment plans.
