📋 Description

• Leverage MDI (Managing Daily Improvement) data to foster enhancements

• Facilitate structured problem-solving for enduring customer advancements

• Partner with customer experience, technical support, order management, and sales teams

• Gather, analyze, and manipulate business systems data utilizing Microsoft Excel and Power BI

• Oversee cross-functional initiatives in Interaction Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery, and People/Engagement

• Support the Business Operations Excellence Roadmap and the implementation of MDI, LSW (Leader Standard Work), and technology integration into workflows

• Acquire knowledge about Allegion's Business Operations, Data and Analytics, while collaborating closely with leaders

• Enhance customer-facing process improvements

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, management, technology, or engineering

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for conducting market research and pinpointing product improvement opportunities

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

• Capacity to swiftly establish productive working relationships with all colleagues

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
