Operations Business Analyst, Summer Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with special projects, initiatives, and specific tasks that vary based on assignments.

• Daily analyze and reconcile claim file exchanges with designated vendors.

• Address and resolve any issues related to claim file exchanges.

• Identify areas for process improvement and develop streamlined reconciliation methods.

• Implement appropriate monitoring through dashboards and controls.

• Create automation solutions for reconciliation tasks.

• Generate reports on file failures or rejections.

• Engage in Journey-to-the-Job seminars, mentoring, training, and development activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Must be a current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or have graduated within the last 6 months.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Effective listening and critical thinking capabilities.

• Reliable, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• No specific licensure or certification is required.
