📋 Description

• Leverage MDI (Managing Daily Improvement) data to foster enhancements

• Facilitate structured problem-solving for enduring customer advancements

• Collaborate with teams in customer experience, technical support, order management, and sales

• Gather, analyze, and manipulate data from various business systems

• Lead cross-functional initiatives in Interaction Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery, and People/Engagement

• Assist in the execution of the Business Operations Excellence Roadmap

• Aid in the implementation of MDI and LSW (Leader Standard Work)

• Support the integration of technology into business workflows

• Gain insights into Allegion’s Business Operations, Data, and Analytics

• Work closely with leadership

• Contribute to enhancements in customer-facing processes

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, management, technology, or engineering

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude

• Ability to conduct market research and pinpoint product improvement opportunities

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills

• Capability to foster successful collaboration with peers

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• No requirement for employment visa sponsorship

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

• Interest in Business Operations and Process Improvement
