This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary system administrator and main client liaison for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
• Set up and oversee role-based permissions, user and administrator accounts, performance forms, route maps, goal plans, work plans, competency libraries, rating scales, picklists, notifications, alerts, and Continuous Performance Management features.
• Initiate, manage, and monitor performance review cycles, including bulk form creation, form routing, and administrative form transfers.
• Develop standard, ad-hoc, and recurring Story Reports, Table Reports, dashboards, goal/work plan status reports, and audit trail reports.
• Resolve system, user data file, and integration issues.
• Oversee biannual releases, test new features and upgrades, and assist with feature enablement and deployment.
• Review enhancement requests, evaluate feasibility, and suggest implementation strategies.
• Analyze configurations and propose platform optimization.
• Support Microsoft SharePoint clients with configurations, documents, and workflows.
• Standardize, streamline, coordinate, document, and communicate business and system processes.
• Manage project requests, tasks, communications, timelines, deliverables, and client status updates.
• Perform quality control checks and maintain documentation, SOPs, job aids, and user guides.
• Provide training for system administrators and team members and facilitate change management.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and technical resources, escalate issues, and drive resolutions.
• Function as a trusted advisor and routinely evaluate client needs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrator or Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in medium-to-large organizations in HRIS, application, help desk, or HR technology support roles.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong background in customer support, client management, or training.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective organizational and project management abilities.
• Must have access to a reliable computer, a hard-wired internet connection, and a reachable phone.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and reside within the United States.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to commit to a consistent part-time schedule and reliably meet client deadlines.
• Familiarity with web conferencing software, especially MS Teams, GoToMeeting, or WebEx.
• Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules is advantageous.
• Active SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals certification is a plus.
• Experience supporting federal government clients is beneficial.
• Experience in a consultant capacity is an added bonus.
• Approximately 10–20 hours of work per week with a flexible schedule based on client project requirements.
