SuccessFactors Functional Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Facilitate requirement workshops with client business and IT stakeholders.

• Document all functional specifications required.

• Configure award programs, which include peer-to-peer recognition, spot awards, years-of-service, workflows, RBPs, and the recognition dashboard.

• Review and authorize Functional Design Specifications prepared by the Business Analyst.

• Conduct showback sessions with client stakeholders during key configuration milestones.

• Provide support for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Address functional defects and document any configuration changes.

• Ensure that the configuration is in alignment with the client's EC Mini-Master/UDF data model.

• Review and approve revised FDS/TDS/QRS documents after testing modifications.

• Assist with go-live cutover, smoke testing, and validation activities in production.

• Engage in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications.

• Offer technical expertise and system design for various initiatives.

• Collaborate with SME consultants from the existing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of functional experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

• At least 3 full-cycle implementations of the Reward & Recognition (R&R) module.

• Required experience with EC Mini-Master environments.

• Extensive knowledge in configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Reward & Recognition (R&R) module.

• Experience in Role-Based Permissions (RBP), workflow configuration, and designing approval chains in SuccessFactors.

• Understanding of EC Mini-Master and User Data File (UDF) data models.

• Experience in SuccessFactors provisioning, instance management, and promoting environments (Dev → QA/T1 → Prod).

• Proficient in authoring and reviewing Functional Design Specifications (FDS).

• Familiarity with integration points between R&R and third-party rewards vendors.

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Compensation (or equivalent R&R certification) is required.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is preferred.

• SAP Certified Application Professional – HCM certification is preferred.
