This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Assist travelers during disruptions, changes, or rebooking processes.

• Serve as a reliable advisor, offering guidance that aligns with client travel policies.

• Address customer inquiries through chat and email communication.

• Provide specialized support for intricate travel issues.

• Share information regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and travel-related regulations.

• Clarify fare rules, exchange fees, and penalties associated with travel.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance operational processes and improve client experience.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the travel industry relevant to the markets supported.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Relevant expertise in GDS, with a preference for Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in French is an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
