This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Conduct 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions daily utilizing a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
• Lead group discussions employing approved modalities within the clinical framework.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches to ensure comprehensive care.
• Track member progress and document outcomes effectively.
• Foster a supportive, recovery-oriented environment for all members.
• Participate in local community outreach initiatives to advance the mission of Groups.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Valid behavioral health licensure or certification is required, including but not limited to LCSW, LPC, LMHC, MCAP, LMFT, CAP.
• Willingness and capability to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states.
• At least two years of experience in leading group therapy within a SUD setting.
• High proficiency with technology, including EMR, telehealth software, Google products, and mobile applications.
• Availability to work 2–3 evenings per week until 9pm as necessary.
• Completion of Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse screening is required as a condition of employment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Experience working in multilingual or multicultural settings is an advantage.
• Preferred background or experience in mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, or medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
