
Subscription Management Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Assist in managing utility partnerships and customer subscription sizes and enrollments across various projects, states, and utility programs.
• Ensure compliance with program, contract, and internal policies regarding subscription sizing and allocation management, emphasizing prompt utility submissions and adherence in Illinois, Virginia, and Massachusetts.
• Evaluate credits that are produced, allocated, utilized, and banked.
• Track project fill rates and work collaboratively across teams to achieve optimal fill rates.
• Handle edge cases and urgent requests utilizing desktop tools, utility forms, and proprietary software.
• Work with a global team to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Conduct QA/QC on new tools, reports, and automation initiatives.
• Develop relationships with utility representatives to sustain active subscriptions and ensure accurate billing credits.
• Maintain the knowledge base, which includes project data, enrollment timelines, and key deadlines.
• Fulfill compliance obligations and ensure timely submissions for designated markets.
• Facilitate revenue recognition by collaborating with the Manager of Bank Management on the redistribution of banked credits.
• Address all cases within established SLAs.
• Become an expert in community solar and uphold utility-specific operating procedures and regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Environmental Studies, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an energy-related position; Community Solar or Renewable Energy experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly regarded.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in cross-team collaboration.
• Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
• Capacity to solve problems, devise innovative solutions, troubleshoot issues, and establish best practices.
