Subscriber Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage with qualified potential customers interested in Benchmark Gensuite's software solutions.

• Conduct discovery discussions to comprehend customer priorities, operational challenges, and strategic goals.

• Provide customized product demonstrations.

• Establish trusted relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders.

• Assist prospects throughout the solution evaluation process and address commercial inquiries.

• Facilitate the transition of prospects into Benchmark Gensuite subscribers.

• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance the customer journey from inquiry to evaluation.

• Work in partnership with Solution Consultants on technical demonstrations and complex requirements.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and New Subscriber Development teams.

• Keep track of customer activities, opportunity details, and pipeline information in Salesforce.

• Stay updated on trends in EHS, Sustainability, ESG, Risk Management, and Operational Excellence.

• Represent Benchmark Gensuite at customer meetings, webinars, conferences, and industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS, consulting, business development, or solution-driven role.

• Proficient in conducting discovery meetings and delivering software demonstrations.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to understand customer business challenges and suggest suitable technology solutions.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.

• Interest or experience in EHS, Sustainability, ESG, Risk Management, or Operational Excellence software is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.

• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and Europe as business needs dictate.
