Site Activation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact and responsibility for study initiation and ongoing activities for assigned projects.

• Supervise the project tasks of functional teams involved in site activation to ensure that essential activities are completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.

• Guarantee the precise compilation, management, tracking, and analysis of site activation activities promptly.

• Assist with feasibility studies and/or site identification efforts as required.

• Collaborate closely with designated team members to accelerate the Site Qualification and Selection process.

• Relay Site Activation & Regulatory project updates to the Sponsor, GPL/CPM, and project team.

• Collaborate with Commercial and Therapeutic Area Leadership to convert business priorities into cohesive marketing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a four-year degree with a major focus in medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or a related science, OR a two-year degree or equivalent education/training (such as a nursing degree or similar life science qualification) along with experience in clinical research (e.g., CRA, Regulatory Affairs).

• At least 4 years of experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Start-up Management, Project Management, and/or Site Management roles.

• Skilled in cross-cultural communication.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Strong leadership and organizational management abilities in planning, strategizing, managing, monitoring, scheduling, and evaluating.

• Capability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions while proactively identifying and resolving issues.

• Ability to contribute insights and experiences regarding initiatives that involve interaction with sites and/or clients.

• Competence to inspire, lead, and engage a team effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal skills in a dynamic, deadline-driven, and evolving environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills to present information clearly and concisely.
