This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Act as the primary point of contact for subrogation investigations to assess whether the claim qualifies for subrogation.
• Conduct research and investigate potential subrogation cases using various methods to gather case details.
• Review information for completeness and accuracy prior to establishing a new subrogation case.
• Scan and upload returned correspondence from members.
• Examine all incoming checks to ascertain if they pertain to a subrogation case.
• Collaborate with different entities to acquire accident and injury information.
• Use subrogation software to create accounts, log case details, and update the status of accounts.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least two years of prior work experience in collections, legal, claims processing, or a subrogation-related field.
