Submission Review Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess submissions from entities undergoing evaluations for financial viability, ensuring accuracy of entity and customer information, completeness and correctness of responses, supporting document formats, and timely delivery of information.

• Verify and reconcile financial details, including entity names, requested timeframes, Profit and Loss and Trading Statements, Balance Sheets, account notes, directors’ statements, compilation reports, and auditors’ findings.

• Review financial notes, accountant statements, and auditors’ findings to gain insight into financial statements.

• Validate Balance Sheet calculations, confirming the inclusion of figures and reconciling income, expenses, and accounts over different periods.

• Identify concerns and significant points pertinent to assessments while ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality control.

• Extract and upload essential financial-statement pages, mapping income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity accounts to the digital assessment platform.

• Utilize Google Sheets for platform uploads.

• Apply knowledge of Australian Financial Statements, corporate structures, and the assessment process.

• Solicit clarifications and additional details through clear and concise email communication with entities, customers, accountants, internal accounts teams, financial managers, CFOs, company directors, and administrators.

• Relay pertinent information, concerns, and issues to the Analyst Team.
