Subject Matter Expert – Retail Trade & Store Operations, English/Korean

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Create realistic retail trade scenarios in either Korean or English, based on Korean operational contexts.

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance.

• Assess both AI-generated and human-produced responses for accuracy of facts, adherence to policies, quality of customer service, and operational realism.

• Provide exemplary solutions that embody best practices within Korean retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.

• Complete onboarding and integrate into the Production team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Korean at a native level, with strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.

• Experience in one or more relevant positions such as Retail Sales Supervision, Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.

• Deep understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance processes, inventory management, and the Korean retail landscape.

• Consistent availability and dedication to delivering quality work punctually.

• Most tasks require a commitment of at least 2 hours daily or 10 hours weekly.

• Submission of an English-language resume/C.V. is mandatory.

• Registration in Tipalti for payment processing is required.

• Geographic restrictions may apply; contractors cannot be engaged in regions under international embargoes or sanctions.

• Contractors are fully responsible for their own tax obligations.
