Bilingual Operations Analyst – Pharmaceutical Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee operational KPIs

• Create quantitative and qualitative reports, conduct analyses, and formulate effective action plans

• Deliver presentations of results

• Offer operational support across all departments

• Propose improvements to address issues, optimize processes, and provide feedback to both the operation and the contracting client

• Oversee sales activities

• Support and manage LAC contracts

• Prepare commercial and management reports for LAC

• Handle pricing management

• Manage FOC

• Assist and support B2B clients as well as the Sales team

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Currently pursuing or have obtained a higher education degree

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems such as SAP, Totvs, Senior, Linx, or platforms with order-processing capabilities is preferred

• Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese and Spanish

• Dynamic individual with a sense of urgency and the capability to perform tasks efficiently

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team

• High level of commitment and professional accountability

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Clear, assertive, and empathetic communication skills

• Analytical abilities to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
