Bilingual Operations Analyst – Pharmaceutical Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee operational performance metrics;

• Produce both quantitative and qualitative reports, performing analyses and developing actionable plans;

• Share findings and results;

• Offer operational assistance across various functions;

• Propose enhancements to address challenges or streamline processes, and communicate feedback to operations and the contracting client;

• Manage sales administration;

• Support and oversee LAC contracts;

• Prepare LAC commercial and management reports;

• Handle pricing strategies;

• Manage FOC activities;

• Deliver service and assistance to B2B clients and the Sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or having obtained a higher education degree is an advantage – Verification will be conducted through Pessoas Online;

• Performance evaluation score of 100 or higher (Good Performer);

• Fulfill the minimum time-in-role requirement set forth by policy NI-002;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is preferred, including SAP, Totvs, Senior, Linx, or platforms with order-processing capabilities;

• Proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal;

• Energetic profile, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to carry out tasks efficiently;

• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team;

• High degree of professional dedication and accountability;

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

• Must not be an intern or apprentice;

• Time to Talk rating of Good or above;

• Meet the minimum tenure prerequisites for the company/current position relevant to the role.
