This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a significant segment of a larger financial implementation that involves multiple entities, structures, or workflows, or manage a complete end-to-end implementation for a single entity with minimal supervision.

• Independently identify edge cases and suggest solutions instead of escalating every issue for guidance.

• Offer direction to Associates regarding specific tasks.

• Collaborate closely with Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams based in the U.S.

• Highlight issues that arise during testing and implementation phases.

• Configure, test, troubleshoot, and navigate complex private fund data, structures, workflows, and edge cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.

• Over 1 year of experience in the private funds sector as a fund accountant, operations professional, or implementation specialist within a fund administrator, fund manager, or fund management software provider.

• Strong working knowledge of private fund structures, calculations, data, and workflows.

• Proven ability to manage large and complex data sets effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Fluent in written and spoken English (B2+ level).

• Excellent communication skills for daily interaction with a U.S.-based team.

• Preferred: a proven record of implementing, configuring, or launching software, systems, or operational processes, preferably with SaaS or cloud-based platforms.

• Preferred: practical experience using AI tools to develop or support automation processes.

• Preferred: ability to quickly adapt to changing workflows, priorities, and tools.
