Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Arabic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios for Manufacturing and Industrial Operations in either Arabic or English, tailored to the operational contexts of the GCC.

• Modify structured evaluation criteria for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory management, and production supervision.

• Assess responses generated by AI and humans for their accuracy, operational efficiency, safety considerations, and industrial authenticity.

• Provide top-tier solutions that showcase best practices in GCC manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.

• Complete the onboarding process and integrate into the Production team.

• Assist in an AI benchmarking initiative aimed at industrial, production, and supply chain settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Arabic at a native level, along with strong professional skills in English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more areas including: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Solid understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety regulations, production processes, procurement practices, and GCC manufacturing landscapes.

• Dependable availability and dedication to the role.

• Most responsibilities will require at least 2 hours of work per day or a total of 10 hours per week.

• Submission of an English-language resume/CV is required.

• Registration in Tipalti for payment processing is mandatory.
