Subject Matter Expert – Government, English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create realistic governmental scenarios in either Spanish or English, rooted in the context of the Mexican public sector.

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks involving operational problem-solving, policy interpretation, case management, and decision-making.

• Assess both AI-generated and human-generated responses for accuracy, procedural adherence, cultural sensitivity, and operational realism.

• Contribute to exemplary solutions that embody best practices within the public sector and government.

• Complete the onboarding process, register on Tipalti, and become part of the Production team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with proficient professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in fields such as government, public administration, social services, public safety, compliance, or community programs.

• Experience in one or more relevant positions: Administrative Services Management, Child/Family/School Social Work, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, Police or Public Safety Supervision, Recreation & Community Services, or other related governmental roles.

• Strong knowledge of public sector processes, operational procedures, regulatory standards, and the Mexican government landscape.

• Dependable availability along with a commitment to delivering high-quality work punctually.

• Most duties will require at least 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.

• Must be a resident of Mexico; geographic restrictions may apply due to international embargoes or sanctions.

• Responsible for personal tax obligations as a 1099 contractor.

• An English-language version of your resume/C.V. is required.

• Native proficiency in Spanish (Mexico) is requested in the application form.
