Subject Matter Expert – Finance, Arabic GCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic finance tasks specific to the domain in the target language that reflect local financial practices.

• Modify and implement scoring rubrics to assess responses generated by AI and humans.

• Review and evaluate submissions for accuracy, adherence to regulations, and professional standards.

• Offer expert feedback to enhance quality.

• Contribute to the creation of high-quality “gold standard” solutions.

• Engage in an AI benchmarking initiative that influences how AI comprehends and operates within language-specific financial contexts.

• Complete the onboarding process and become part of the Production team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in the target language (Arabic GCC) alongside strong professional proficiency in English.

• Over 5 years of experience in Finance or Financial Services.

• Experience may encompass structuring, compliance, audit, risk management, or investment analysis.

• In-depth understanding of financial products and frameworks relevant to the target locale.

• Familiarity with the regulatory environment of the target locale, including central banks, capital market authorities, and tax/zakat frameworks.

• Capability to write and assess professional-level financial content in the target language.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Dependable availability and dedication.

• Most tasks require a minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.

• Must be able to operate as an independent 1099 contractor.

• Contractors must not be based in regions subject to international embargoes or sanctions.

• Responsible for managing personal tax obligations.

• Submission of an English-language resume/C.V. is necessary for application.

• Registration in Tipalti is required for payment processing.
