Financial Analyst – Treasury, Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Manage and oversee daily cash management operations and tracking processes from start to finish.

• Develop, sustain, and revise both short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting models.

• Keep an eye on bank accounts, monitor cash positions, and conduct daily treasury variance analyses.

• Administer and oversee vendor contract lifecycles, including renewals and terminations.

• Facilitate internal procurement approval workflows across various departments.

• Maintain a centralized database for vendors and contracts, tracking renewal dates and commitments.

• Extract, validate, and reconcile treasury and procurement data using NetSuite and other financial platforms.

• Leverage advanced Excel modeling to optimize cash reporting and procurement tracking sheets.

• Lead process enhancements and automation in cash tracking to reduce manual input and minimize data inaccuracies.

• Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, Legal, and other business stakeholders on approvals and payment commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a corporate finance, treasury, or procurement/purchasing role is necessary.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for modeling and tracking purposes.

• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred.

• Experience in a multinational, multi-currency corporate environment is advantageous.

• Capacity to work effectively across global departments, including Accounting, Legal, and departmental leaders.

• High standards of precision in daily cash reconciliation, banking transactions, and contract tracking dates.

• Ability to proactively identify and resolve cash discrepancies, banking issues, and contract renewal delays.

• Responsibility for cash forecasting and vendor schedules, with a drive to enhance procurement workflows and Excel tracking efficiency.
