Senior Workday Financial Application Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the dependable operation of ERP systems.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to ERP software, user access, and other concerns.

• Collect user requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy new ERP functionalities.

• Coordinate Workday software releases, fixes, and upgrades with Workday, technical teams, and users.

• Suggest new features or modifications to configurations/workflows based on user insights.

• Serve as the intermediary between IT and Finance/Accounting departments.

• Lead and contribute to Workday projects, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.

• Conduct functional analysis, design, configuration, scripting, and testing.

• Maintain configuration documentation and assist in software testing, test planning, test cases, and issue resolution.

• Oversee significant phases of major projects, including new module implementations and enhancements.

• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with users.

• Lead and engage in the Workday adoption planning process, including annual releases.

• Execute Workday administrative tasks, including business process requests, tenant configurations, and data loads.

• Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance activities.

• Participate in the Master Data Management, Finance Change, and Cross-Functional Change Committees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - Required.

• 5 years of experience in Accounting - Required.

• 3 years of experience in Healthcare - Preferred.

• 4 years of experience with Workday as a Subject Matter Expert or end user - Required.

• Above-average proficiency in Excel - Required.

• Willingness to travel: up to 20%.
