📋 Description

• Oversee the maintenance of the Auditbase hospital software solution for audiology across the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

• Provide thorough product training sessions for clients.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with customers.

• Recognize customer requirements and proactively resolve any issues.

• Enhance the product onboarding process by integrating feedback from customers with business development efforts.

• Create and refine an e-learning strategy tailored for customers and partners.

• Address customer requests for both standard and customized reporting.

• Engage with regional audiology groups.

• Assist in presales and business development initiatives.

• Utilize an audiology background to elevate user competency and satisfaction.

• Accredited Audiologist certification.
