This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Auditbase hospital software solution for audiology in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

• Provide thorough product training for clients.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.

• Comprehend customer requirements and proactively resolve issues.

• Enhance the product onboarding process by integrating customer feedback into business development.

• Create and improve an e-learning strategy for customers and partners.

• Manage customer requests for both standard and customized reporting.

• Engage with regional audiology groups effectively.

• Serve as a presales contact and subject matter expert in presales, business development, and customer-centric audiological IT.

• Provide support to over 600 clinics and 6,000 users.

• Expertise in audiology or a related field, with a passion for advancing hearing health care.

• Must be an Accredited Audiologist.

• Customer-focused professional with a proven track record of enhancing client relationships in a technology-driven environment.

• Proficient in translating complex software concepts into clear and engaging training materials.

• Skilled at leveraging feedback to drive improvements in products and customer experiences.

• A collaborative team player prepared to work with various departments.

• A proactive problem solver.

• An English CV is required.
