Subject Matter Expert – AI Solution Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design of agentic AI solutions tailored for enterprise clients, encompassing regulated sectors like banking, insurance, telecom, and healthcare.

• Take ownership of architectural quality across various engagements, ensuring seamless integration of data, knowledge, models, and agents.

• Design comprehensive end-to-end agentic AI solutions that encompass data access, knowledge, models, and layers of agent orchestration.

• Lead the orchestration of multiple agents, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and strategies for selecting and fine-tuning LLM/SLM.

• Establish governance and guardrail frameworks, which include model access control, policy enforcement, evidence management, and audit trails.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to enterprise security, data protection, and compliance standards, including GDPR, the EU AI Act, SOC 2, and HIPAA where applicable.

• Set and evaluate engineering standards for deployments, including architecture reviews, reference designs, and libraries of reusable assets.

• Serve as the primary design partner for AI solutions to senior client stakeholders.

• Mentor engineers and delivery consultants deployed in the field on complex projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in architecting AI, data, or platform solutions that operate in production within large enterprises.

• Expertise in AI solution architecture, including multi-agent systems, RAG, LLM/SLM integration, evaluation frameworks, and patterns for enterprise integration.

• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance within regulated industries.

• Proficient in Python and SQL, along with experience in at least one modern application stack.

• Capability to review and guide actual implementations, rather than merely creating diagrams.

• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks is a plus.

• Experience with contact-center or CRM integration is advantageous.

• Excellent consulting skills and the ability to manage executive-level stakeholders effectively.
