📋 Description

• Assist in the operations of the Subcontract Management & Procurement Shared Services team.

• Execute transactional tasks that support third-party services.

• Navigate various systems with a focus on first-time accuracy, meeting deadlines, and finishing tasks within set parameters.

• Report directly to a team lead and operate within a collaborative team environment.

• Utilize SM&P templates to compile or generate compliance documentation mandated by federal regulations for purchase control records, including SAM.gov checks, representations and certifications, subcontract task orders, and modifications.

• Oversee work queues to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Achieve completion of tasks within time objectives while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Foster business relationships within customer and supplier organizations.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues, escalating concerns when encountering obstacles.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Adaptable and flexible.

• Capability to learn new systems and manage data effectively.

• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands simultaneously.

• Ability to exercise sound business judgment.

• Familiarity with federal procurement and contracting, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliance and requirements.
