
Sub-Regional Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +1 more state.
β’ Take full responsibility for the overall business performance, customer results, talent development, and operational execution within a specified North American sub-region.
β’ Manage the sub-region's revenue, standard margin, and billable hours for the direct team.
β’ Lead the market expansion of COR offerings within current accounts.
β’ Create and implement sub-region business plans that align with the North America LCS strategy.
β’ Perform financial forecasting, resource planning, and business performance assessments.
β’ Enhance LCS account share and ensure the success of the entire LCS portfolio within accounts.
β’ Guarantee customer satisfaction and delivery performance across COR LCS engagements.
β’ Navigate escalation management and address significant delivery or customer issues.
β’ Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, quality standards, ASP requirements, and in-market delivery models.
β’ Lead regional managers, project managers, engineers, consultants, and asset management professionals.
β’ Cultivate workforce capabilities, technical proficiency, succession plans, and leadership pipelines.
β’ Promote employee engagement, mentoring, coaching, and career development.
β’ Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to identify and seize growth opportunities.
β’ Assist in strategic account planning, Win Strategy processes, and customer engagement initiatives.
β’ Increase service penetration and lifecycle value within existing customer relationships.
β’ Ensure adherence to delivery quality benchmarks and operational governance standards.
β’ Implement productivity plans while balancing skills, customer demand, and workforce capacity.
β’ Utilize shared resources across COR North American businesses, GEBS, and GCC for effective project execution.
β’ Report directly to the Delivery Director, Lifecycle Services.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; the employer will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future.
β’ Over 8 years of leadership experience in industrial automation.
β’ Experience in leading through subordinate managers and indirect teams within a large enterprise.
β’ Strong expertise in financial management and business operations.
β’ Demonstrated ability to drive organizational performance through metrics and accountability.
β’ Excellent skills in customer relationship management and executive engagement.
β’ Capability to influence within matrixed organizations.
β’ Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
