Study Support Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Exhibit a strong understanding of Health & Safety compliance by ensuring that policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials are current.

• Accurately execute all processes related to the position.

• Assess both personal and colleagues' work for overall accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.

• Participate in assigned projects and seek assistance with prioritization.

• Engage in relevant training initiatives to deepen understanding of job responsibilities.

• Evaluate personal work for overall accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and the soundness of technical judgment.

• Achieve results within the established deadlines.

• Maintain excellent time management and record timekeeping through timesheets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts (BS/BA) degree in chemistry or biology.

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical or Biopharma laboratory experience.

• Strong organizational, planning, and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally in high-pressure situations.

• Proficiency in word processing software, databases, spreadsheets, and specialized applications.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.

• Must be able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
